New class series begins in March! Classes are 12 – 2 pm on Tuesdays via Zoom.
Our Positive Solutions for Families team at The Resource Exchange is delighted to serve your family by providing you the skills to help you feel more prepared to handle even some of the most challenging behaviors you may encounter along your parenting journey. This seven-week training course is intended to help you gain a more meaningful relationship with the people you love, expand knowledge and understanding of your own experiences, and continue to build a strong, loving, and mutually respectful relationship with your child. We understand that making this time commitment may not be easy, but we thank you in advance for making your family a priority. We are looking forward to meeting you virtually!

Cooking Matters is offering FREE cooking and nutrition classes for parents and caregivers. Each class is via Zoom and has a separate registration. After completing the class and filling out a brief post-class survey, each adult participant will be mailed a $10 grocery gift card and handouts and recipes from the class.
