JI’s three primary programs offer a range of services.
The Foundations Program focuses on early childhood systems and houses the county’s Early Childhood Council.
The Pathways Program incorporates multi-agency wrap-around services and crisis response for youth who have been identified as in greatest need in the 4th Judicial District region.
The Voices Program ensures that our services and our partners’ services are guided by youth and families’ voices. Towards these ends, the program promotes effective approaches such as racial equity, restorative justice, and two-generational programming to support a community where children, youth, and their families achieve their desired outcomes.
Finally, JI is focused on collective impact and bringing all of our partners serving on Alliance for Kids along and the REACH Committee (including the IOG and JSPC subcommittees) together each quarter to determine mutual priorities, shared measurement, and where gaps exist in the community’s continuum of services for youth 0-21.
Because of our donors, we have been able to expand our efforts to achieve greater collective impact.
