Caring for babies, children, teens or adults with developmental delays or disabilities can be exasperating and overwhelming. The Resource Exchange (TRE) is offering two FREE courses this Spring to help parents learn ways to reduce stress and anxiety which can improve sleep, mental and physical health and make every day
living calmer and more rewarding.
This is a personalized stress-reduction program to learn practical techniques to help parents generate more energy, manage stress and be present in everyday life.
Thursdays: April 4 – May 9
First United Methodist Church, Room 135
420 N. Nevada Avenue,
Colorado Springs, CO 80903.
There is no cost to participate in either program, but registration is required.
