Caring for babies, children, teens or adults with developmental delays or disabilities can be exasperating and overwhelming. The Resource Exchange (TRE) is offering two FREE courses this Spring to help parents learn ways to reduce stress and anxiety which can improve sleep, mental and physical health and make every day
living calmer and more rewarding.
POSITIVE ADULT DEVELOPMENT
This is a curriculum-based course to examine and temper emotions of guilt, conflict, worry and pessimism
and to develop emotional strengths of gratitude, forgiveness, grace and optimism.

Lolita Conference Room
The Resource Exchange,
