Local & State Resources for Mental Health Support

If you find yourself needing assistance managing stress and anxiety, local resources are available.

NAMI of Colorado Springs

At NAMI, calls to 719.473.8477 are being forwarded to staff from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., weekdays. Virtual support groups for people with mental illness and their family members are happening nightly Monday through Thursday, and we’re developing programs for the coming days & weeks. COVID-19 is bringing about a host of new mental health challenges, and intensifying existing ones. If you are in crisis, please find emergency resources — both local services and state and national hotlines — here.

Colorado Crisis Services

Colorado Crisis Services is available to individuals in crisis to call, text, chat online or walk-in for behavioral health services. They are connected to a behavioral specialist at no charge.

Chat services are also available from 4 p.m. to midnight daily at coloradocrisisservices.org.
